The hotel is just amazing, with big rooms featuring large showers, nice big beds, and great balcony seating. It truly is a fantastic place with excellent rooms, pools, bars, and spa facilities. During our 10-day stay, we were lucky to experience 3 different but huge rooms, each more spacious than we needed. The location is in a very exciting area of town, definitely one of the best in the region.
The rooms were really nice with a beautiful view of the pool bar, but disappointed by the small size and issues like air con not working. The service was lovely, especially Baz, but could improve in dealing with guest issues. The location is characterful and convenient, close to the strip and amenities. The dining experience was ok, but not impressive. Overall, the hotel has potential but needs improvements in various areas.
I had a great time at the hotel, especially with the unbeatable views of the Chill pool from my room. However, the dining options left something to be desired with limited varieties available. The location was perfect, surrounded by a lovely garden atmosphere and close to various entertainment spots.
The hotel had 2 big round windows in the room that let in light from early morning until sunset, making it hard to sleep in. The breakfast was subpar with minimal options and some issues with bad drain smells. The service was pleasant and attentive, especially from the staff in the bar. The location was well-liked by customers but did have some cleanliness issues like cigarette ends. The dining experience offered a good variety of fresh food but lacked some quality in certain aspects.
I cannot get enough of this hotel! It is the perfect spot, walking distance to everything you need. The rooms are amazing and beautiful, though one had a bit of an odd layout. The service here is top-notch, with incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. The location is just off the main strip with a fantastic pool and great views. The dining options were good, especially with made-to-order omelettes and fresh fruits daily. Definitely the place to be, with a great bar nearby!
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The Chill Pool view was stunning, and the lounge area with modern amenities was excellent.
